Superfood Quinoa Kale Salad has been my favorite salad lately. We have a salad bar downstairs at work, I like to mess with ingredients and this is one of the combinations I came up with. I’ve been texting my friends about this crazy, good combination of ingredients. Couldn’t keep it from you and now all of you can share a lunch with me 😉
It packs perfectly for work, just keep the dressing on the side. It is balanced really well together. Between crunchy cucumbers, creamy avocado and quinoa, it’s very filling. This salad is absolutely guilt-free and loaded with good nutrients.
Other Healthy Salads to Try:
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 4 cup Chopped Kale
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 English Cucumber
- Favorite Ranch Dressing
Prepare ingredients for Superfood Quinoa Kale Salad Recipe.
Cut up kale, avocado and cucumber into bite size pieces.
Cut up egg into bite size pieces. Add quinoa to all other ingredients.
Stir to combine all ingredients together, add in your favorite ranch dressing and you are good to go.
