I love this amazing weather in TN, today was 90 outside and I been grilling corn 2 days in row. This goes so well with BBQ my dad in law made.
As child I always loved corn. After I got married I realized how much work it is to prepare corn so only had patients for few times. I seen lots of different recipes where you don’t have to cook corn for hours but cant compare the taste.
Peal off few layers of corn leafs, cut off extra stuff on both sides. Place it on grill. Turn for each side to get grilled, if it feels soft, it is ready to be served.
