As you guys know, it’s very important for me to serve homemade dishes. That’s why I am always on the roll with very simple recipes. On most days, I am just like the rest of you, have no time to slave in the kitchen.
This is where this dish comes in. It’s so simple but has been our favorite for months. You have even seen me eating this dish on our Youtube Vlog. We love it so much that I think it’s time to share the secret with all of you. And really, the secret is so simple, butter and a bit of seasoning. Trust me, it works!

Prepare ingredients for the dish. Rinse fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
Cut cubes of butter and place on the bottom of the dish, followed by pieces of fish. Season fish with garlic parsley salt. Add another layer of butter and then slices of lemon.
Bake it at 425F for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. Serve while it’s still hot.
